If your talking about my garage, yes. We bought the shttiest house on the block for 200,000. We sank about $40k into it, now it's worth over $325,000.

Yes, about 6 months after moving in we found out that they were expanding the freeway which is about 140ft from my house. It would put a freeway wall directly in the center of my driveway.

Lucky for me they have a relocation program and they have to find a comparable property for us to move into. So they have to find me a place with a 720sqft garage. Looks like I will get a brand new set up when we move. Still not sure, as they have zero funding for the freeway project.
