He may have been "accepted" for a scholarship (bursary or cadetship? Anyone know?) there but he would have lasted five minutes.
Not like getting there is a major achievement anyway - just need a couple of A levels and the ability to run without keeling over and dying.

Right decision but not so much that he was a total tw@ and more that he simply didn't have the experience and made up for it with making his bold, bollocks statements.
Debra won't win. She has a fundamental problem with working with other people and accepting their point. Fine if you want to bulldoze a program of change across a business but I suspect that's now what Sugar's after.
James is on borrowed time, Howard is useless and Lorraine is just mental.
Yasmina or Kate might just steal the win if they keep their heads down IMHO.

Yasmina will bugger off back to her restaurant, and Kate will get some PR deal somewhere else.
I'd have hired Debra and given her a role where her win at all costs would have made a shedload of money for me.

the timelines are as follows
all the tasks -- including the final one have already been completed, both women have been working for Sugar for about 6/8 months -- both the "your hired shots" have already been shot, showing each one winning (they will choose which one to be aired when sugar makes up his mind in the next few days)
interestingly they both have been working for AMSprop his property co -- not as previously one at Viglen and one at AMSprop
sugar makes up his final mind not based on the final task but over their performance for the last 6/8 months
