Burgundy Van Drivers
Why when you try to overtake them, do they feel threatened and accelerate to try and stop you getting infront of them causing you to spend more time on the wrong lane than you have given yourself to overtake said vehicle?
Have had two different burgundy vans do this to me this week whilst traveling to work.

I used to drive burgundy vans (and a red 7.5ton Tipper)
One was a LDV pilot, which took a century to get up 60mph and woe betide ANYONE who forced me to slow down as it would take an enternity to coax it back up to speed. The other was a 130bhp Transit, which usually was overtaking anything and everything.
The tipper on the otherhand was either seen doing 80mph or 0mph. The later was when the gearbox sometimes decided to refuse to engage any gear except 4th, and it could do 80mph because being a 1989 truck it wasn't restricted, and once in the right gears without a load it was pretty nippy. Minor cab rust scrapped it, as thus it was replaced with an Iveco limited to 56mph.
