Had a rather sophisticated evening last night.
A few mates and I are all a bit skint at the mo, so rather than going out we thought we'd just stay in and cook a fancy dinner and have some some wine.
For dinner we cooked using a raclette. Anyone used one of these before?
I'd never seen one until last night, but it's a grill with an under tray with removable plates. The idea is it sits atthe dinner table and you can cook what you want when you want it, so you can cook all meats, grill vegetables etc, and the removable plates can be used to melt cheese. What a brilliant idea.
Just thougt I'd share incase anyone is as uncultered as me
