3 month rental wanted - Devon / Cornwall - Anything!!!
Getting desperate now (well, nearly)
Looking for a 3 month rental from about 20th May
Agents wont entertain anything less than 6 months, not even asking the owners first
Also, some wont accept pets (2 cats)
Must be semi / rural, house, mobile home, whatever
Wanted whilst OH does her exam marking and we look for a house to buy.
If you can point me in the direction of a possiblity i'd appreciate it

I can only suggest this is Cornwall - News, Sport and Entertainment news from Cornwall - the property search link. But I know when I was looking here last year most were 6 months + and no pets. But that would seem to be the case over the whole rented sector. And why only 3 months? Can't you rent for 6 months and buy then? As for buying there's another thread in NSR about that ...

3 months only, as we have a 3 month rental on ours, don't have a regular income so anymore and it will eat into my house money and don't want to lose our rental
