Guys first time i've ever had to do all this so it may sound daft.

My Tax is up at the end of this month and my MOT is due at the end of next month.

Can i tax my car with a months MOT left or do i need to MOT the car before taxing it?

As long as the MOT is valid on the day the tax starts that is fine
