For the conspiracy theorists, I reckon it was a hit sanctioned by Ferrari, as Max said that F1 could survive without Ferrari, so they decided to teach him a lesson by having his son whacked.

Very good point, he's not the head of F1, thought I'm sure he'd like to be, and has no problem with inaccurate reporting that inflates his ego.

The comment on the article about Max being left "out of pocket" makes me chuckle, yeah, right. You're now living in a box under the embankment aren't you.

Apparently so. Don't know for sure but sounds like he didn't really have any big issues so perhaps an accidental death from taking some drug or other.

He's not a popular chap but nobody deserves to outlive their children.
