me and my mate had just left the cafe on saturday morning, we were walking behind a male about 30ish he looked like a fat little angry man with a chip on his shoulder has he had just walked in to a young mum with her kids

he gets in his little fiat car and then throws his empty red bull can on the floor (littering really pisses me off) i stopped and said

me: excuse me mate you have dropped your can
****: oh yeah no worrys its empty
me: right so why throw it on the floor
****: its empty ?
me: well why should some one else pick it up
****: its their job

he then closes his door and locks it so i was about to walk away when i had an idea, i picked the can up and placed it on his arial when the dreggs of the can ran down his window. i walked off i get about 20 yards when he jumps out and fires off a hail of abuse so i turned and and walked back and asked if he would like to repeat that to my face but as i get nearer he jump back in his car with the can and locks the door and and doesnt say a word. as we get down the road he drives past and sticks his fingers like the spinless ***** he is

What i find annoying is when i'm sat in a traffic jam and the driver in front is smoking, they have the window open and flick their ash out and when finished throw the butt out onto the road - if they want to smoke in their car fair enough but can't they use the ashtray?????????????????

one reason i hate people that drop litter so much is because i had a part time job landscape gardening when i was at college and we used to clean miles of rubbish from hedges and service stations. now one thing always made me think - there was always hundreds of bottles of **** in laybys are people that lazy thats they cant be arsed to get out of their car/lorrys ?!?!?!

Iv been brought up to believe its wrong to litter,and i think i still do on the whole
