It's a lot tougher these days then when I passed my test.
Kind of agree with the principal of it. Drive like a **** and you will have to retake your test.

Had it been araound when I passed my test I probably would have driven a lot slower than I actually did at the time, which would not have been a bad thing.
I now drive a lot slower, just age creeping in I suppose.

Wasn't 96 cos that was the year I passed and I wasn't subject to it. I also passed 2 weeks before they removed the 7.5 ton class of the general issue license too.

But, and this is a seriously important but, they have the indignity of having to drive a Corsa. As someone whom ran one (never owned it, perish the thought) for a few months, trust me, the best upgrade they can consider is either a decent pair of hiking boots or a bus pass.

Nowt wrong with Alfa's ! Well, usually there's lots of things wrong with them, but what I mean is they are good drivers cars and stylish to boot. Corsa's are simply horrible, awful, terrible, useless, appalling, dreadful, woeful buckets of turd.
