Default Quay hotel - Wales

Thanks to those that recommended me this hotel, I'm sure we will have a good time there this weekend

We are eating at the hotel on saturday but can anyone suggest where else is worth trying locally for lunch or dinner?
Any must see/do things there or just chill out?

Thanks again

Deep,

Try here:

Groes Inn Hotel - Conwy - North Wales - Fine Restuarant & Dining

A few nice places to visit are Betws Y Coed, Snowdonia (Llanberis) , Portmadog ( steam railway along coast) , Portmeirion.

Have a good weekend.

Thanks Chip. You've eaten at the Groes Inn and recommend it?

Try the Castle, a short stroll from the Quay. We stayed here for Valentines and the food was fantastic.

Deep,

Yes , eaten at the Groes and it was very good. My favourite up there though is a little Bistro called Stones in Caernarvon. Its a tiny little place and quite basic but if you like good wholesome quality food its great. The lamb is to die for. Maybe a bit far to go there though from the quay.

You get some fantastic sunsets over the estuary. Have you asked for a room on the estuary side?
