Default New Star Trek

Well I admit to being a Trekky but even for those who hate Start Trek, have any of you seen the latest trailer out? I think you'll be surprised, it looks like its going to be rather good!

meh, everyone is saying how great it is but to me it looks like startrek mixed in with dawesons creek and Fast and the Furious. I'll probably end up loving it but at the mo it doesn't really seem like a star trek movie.

Feel exactly the same. They all look too young.

I like movies with Picard & Riker in them, if only they were younger and JJ Abrams could have made a movie with them in it. In saying that I haven't watched anyone by JJA that i thought was good, Heroes, Lost & Cloverfield didn't appeal to me at all.

It blows my mind that Star Trek First Contact was out in 1996

I wonder if it will follow all the previous Star Trek films - the even number films are good, the odd numbered are poor. This is number 11.

I loved Star Trek Next Gen. Never watch Deep Space 5hite, strangely started to like Voyager and was disappointed with Enterprise.

I will go see this film, but I dont have the urge like I did with films involving picard, data, riker.

I quite like Simon Pegg, but I know what you mean. Pete Doherty, now there's someone that I hate intensely !

Mate, you are missing out. I'm a bit of a Trekkie at heart and Deep Space 9 is the best of the lot or at least as good as the Next Generation....but in a different way. The first few series are weak but it all kicks off after they meet the Dominion.

There was that symbiote in DS9 - she was hawt.

I'm sure she has shown flesh in some film or other too.

Mmm I did like Troi, liked her playboy pics as well :-)

The borg girl, 6 of 9, or 3 of 6, or whatever, she was pretty hot too ! Amazing to read how in real life her boyfriend used to take her to **** cinemas and get her into swinging !
