Default Find me some cheap Oakleys, please?

Hi

I'm looking for a cheap pair of Oakleys, please. I wondered if there was anyone in the know on here, that could point me in the right direction of a reputable distributor?

I would like a polarised pair of Oakley Whiskers (black or Titanium) or a cheap pair of nanowires (1 or 2)

Thanks in advance,

Steve

In fact ignore that, looks more like a scam as the same seller has more pairs of 'unwanted gift' glasses than soft mick.

I am pretty sure that oakley protect thier brand pretty well so any authorised dealer cannot discount without oakleys permission.

Try polarised lenses before you buy them. I got some in America last year, they're a bit odd and can make digital displays (ie the dash in my car!!) un-readable!

this may be of no intrest at all to you, but i was fond of oakleys some years back but then dicovered maui jims, bought my first pair in america, broke them several months later and was gutted because i think now nothing else compares, went out and bought another pair. they are about £110 pr but until you try them you dont know what your missing. lee

Mate bought some Maui Jims in Jan and I have now bought some as well as they are the best polarised lenses I have used and less than half the price of Oakleys (and also way cooler as a brand)

Cheers for the replies so far... the Maui Jims seem interesting, where can you get them in the UK?

Another vote for Maui Jim. You should be able to find dealers in the UK here.
I needed some new sunglasses and wanted prescription lenses in them, the cost of replacement lenses for my current Oakley's would have cost as much as purchasing them new! I had a look around and found Maui Jim and purchased the KALA 101-02 model, with prescription and polarized lenses.
I have to say I am very happy and impressed with them. With the sailing season just about to start they'll be getting a workout on the water, which is the main reason I needed a decent polarized and prescription pair, it helps to see where you're sailing

Their is no such thing as cheap Oakley`s, they are either real with real prices or fake with fake prices.

Sorry - maybe I should have made myself more clear; I meant discounted genuine glasses.

Personally when I was looking at glasses I wanted the best quality lenses I could get. Most oakleys and Mauis have plastic lenses with the Mauis having slightly better optics IMO. I got a glass lense set of raybans on the end simply because the optics seemed the best but they were the only glass lenses in the shop. I would guess that a glass lense polarised set of Mauis would be the ideal choice but not that wasy to find.
