Red face Coincidence?

Is it a coincidence that we have a recession where the Govt needs funds, that they are dropping most unclassified roads to 50mph max and many town and village roads to 20mph and that all speeding fines now go to the treasury?

I drive almost everywhere about 10-20mph above the speed limit as long as there is no slow coach in front of me. I suggest you all do the same & that if caught we all take it to Court & let them prove our guilt. Don't let the f*ckers grind you down

If they do this, i feel it's really time for mass disobedience: let's all remove our number plates.

They'd just hit back with yet another new law regarding missing/cloned plates, perhaps a 2k fine and 6 points.

Mass disobedience would never work now in this country, far too many people happy to roll over and get shafted up the **** and accept whatever the ****** who run this country throw at them!

I've heard that speed guns are virtually un-enforceable as they are so unreliable ... Plod works on the principle that the masses will bow their head & pay up. They usually do
