Recommend me a Bluetooth Sun Visor
I've got a Nexxus Drivespeech Pro which I really like. It was cheap, took about five seconds to set up and is extremely easy to use.
The battery last for ages but it comes with a car & USB charger for the odd moment when it dies. The sound is OK even over the Scooby exhaust noise, I can't fault it!

Been using one of those myself for a couple of years, no problems, and the battery lasts for ages. Also comes with an in car charger.

Had a Sony Ericsson HCB-100 for a couple of years to go with my SE phone. I think it's great. Much better than your Great-Grandad's hearing-aid stuck in your lug-hole like some divs out there. As per other posts the battery seems to last forever between charges.
Here's one for sale:

We've had a few Supertooth "one" on test for past few weeks. Gets the thumbs up from me:
If left on 24/7 the battery lasts about a week (with light to moderate use),
You can connect two phones
It chargers up via USB (doesn't say in instructions, but it had a mini-USB socket and uses a 12v charger rated at 5volts, so seeing USB is also 5 volts I tried it and it charges fine
).
Negatives:
Turning it off requires pressing the button for over 5 seconds...not that good if your in a rush/impatient
No mains charger (hence me using a USB cable to charge it with)
Noise cancelation can be a little oversensitive if there is alot of background noise (just remember to speak more loudly
)
Voice control: Like most other voice control features on my phone, it struggles to work, I can't even train it to my voice (I think this is more down to the phone, as I've had trouble getting it to work without a BT device too: SE C902 ).
Overall: Seven out of Ten thumbs
