Is there a need for different size Condoms?
Condoms are apparently 'too big' for Indian men.
The issue is serious because about one in every five times a condom is used in India it either falls off or tears, an extremely high failure rate.
And the country already has the highest number of HIV infections of any nation.

I though they did make them in different sizes, when I lived in Japan the condoms over there were definately smaller.

I worked on a European funded West Africa child health programme and we sent $0.5 million's worth of condoms to the Gambia. We were told they weren't big enough. We replaced them with larger ones with telex (that dates it!) saying "we hope these will now cover your requirements".

They have smaller condoms in asia. When I was travelling a guy I knew from New Zealand was telling me and I wasnt sure if I should believe him or not. Month later I was getting it on with a gal from Japan and sure enough she supplied me with a non fit variety

the story goes that in Japan they used to sell 3 sizes of condoms to cover all eventualities. They sized them SMALL, MEDIUM and LARGE. Of course the medium and large did a roaring trade but they barely sold any of the 'small'. A simple rebranding and sold as MEDIUM, LARGE and EXTRA LARGE saw sales of the previously small size condoms be the leading seller. Was clearly a woman in charge of the original branding

I remember, many years ago now, telling my mates that I found it amazing that they embosed the BS Kite Mark close to the end.
