can someone please tell me how to put pics from my hard drive on to a post. much appreciated

Create a Photobucket account
Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket , upload the photos there and you can then post the image code here and you'll be able to see the pics here, eg [IMG]*your pic.jpg*[/IMG]
