Now, THATS what I see when I fill my washer bottle!!

Whats was that thing 'I'm-A-Thick4rse' was showing? did someone say it was a pile of old washing machine parts??

I have remembered what it reminded me of now - that old 'Fools and horses' programme about Rodney going it alone ............ he bought a pile of clapped out lawn mower engines - they looked EXACTLY like IMA's photo

I thought Cosworth cam covers were Red, Blue, or Green.

What is black? Oil?

Makes the engine look very plain, needs a bit of STI red in there.

The engine is sooooooooooooo low down in the car - where it should be. Having an engine with the heavy bits so high is not a smart way to design a great handling car, or anything to be proud of !!!!!!!1

The B4 definatly out classes the Cossie I used to have in every element of handling and grip.

Ima

The engine is underneath everything else. That's a big benefit of the boxer layout - very low centre of gravity.

Hi Imatrukahs

I'm kinda glad you do not recognise the car, that's why I like it. I think it looks like a Honda/Toyota rep crap which someone has put some alloys on ~ until I scorch to 60 in 5.2 sec and on to 170Mph as a standard 4 door car.

I've done the Cossie, Impreza, 328, 911 etc and got too grumpy to put up with the "you've got a fast car, bet my 1.6 can beat it" guys.

I can now waft along hiden in the crowd ~ or get a blast if I choose.

Done the cossie bit so have a bench mark ~ you need to have a go in a B4 to see what I mean ~ any time in surrey.....

Pslewis - LOL. I have read many of your post and I admire your ability to see things other people miss.

Imatrukahs - you are right. I have not done a high powered cossie, mine was kept standard, so I am happy my comparision to the B4 is fair. apple with apple and all that.

Do you do any of the Scooby meets, if i'll show you mine if....

Juan

No I haven't - I am looking forward to trying one ~ and maybe even owing one !!!.

I do not subscribe to the "If its not a Subaru its no good". When my car is being serviced at Park Lane the Evo is always the first car I look at when waiting.

See ya

Jon
