The suspense is killing me
Ive been waiting for weeks for a definitive sign but i just cant work out if one of my dogs is pregnant.
If she is she is 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant, i am sure i would see a bulge by now.
Has anyone here ever owned a pregnant dog?

My fella's westie was pregnant last year, the only reason we could tell was that her teats got bigger and eventually her belly got bigger.
She had 3 puppies but sadly they all died
Good luck

Ahh, what a shame. Only three pups may have meant they were too big to pass

I think Lillys nipples are bigger but i cant be sure.
Sara, as Steph says, their nipples go bigger and they go a bit strange as well e.g. go out of breath at short intervals, sit and mope at times, make "oooooon, oooooon" sounds as of something is coming towards them; kinda restless movements, I mean . That is what our bitches used to do, anyway. With cats, its a bit different. My old cat always told me "I ain't anyone's b!tch!
" LOL pregnant cats remain quite placid from top, inside they must be going crazy too, I bet.
Good luck to Lilly.

my vet told me to watch her bits for any change

Ive got a scan booked for Thursday now. I thought it would be expensive, only £32. I am allowed to be there for the scan as i am her birthing partner, assuming its is not a phamtom pregnancy
