A picture of my *****
I have been having a sort out, rotating my stock, so took a picture or two.
Nice Lume.
And a little group shot with a Classic Ball Hydrocarbon Engineer in the background.
Sorry about the quality, I will progress.
Group shot front and left to right going back..Breitling Evolution/Chase-Durer FCXII/Breitling Jupitor Pilot/Rolex GMT Master II Ceramic/Panerai Luminor Daylight/Chase Durer Abyss/Ball Hydrocarbon Engineer Classic/Omega SeaMaster Planet Ocean chrone/Breitling Bentley ModelT.
I will post the full hit when I learn how to use the camera.
Later Yoza

I was going to make a similar reply. Its a habit that you fall into. Ive got quite a collection of old Omegas and I have the same problem. Most people dont recognise them so theres no 'status' involved (and theyre worth far more to my insurers than they are to anyone else). I have to make a concerted effort not to look; but if I do I may find an rotated Chronostop with an original mesh bracelet for sale.....

Oh dear...
I am playing with my wifes camera at the moment trying to reduce flash back, when I figure out how to get good shots I will post a full watch set.
It is time consuming un-boxing, setting, re-boxing, photo shopping each one to delete the serial numbers etc.
I need to collect all my watches from different locations to do my insurance inventory, as I dont keep them all at my current address, but eventually I will have documented all of them.
I will then choose 3-4 to keep here.

Nice collection. I tried a Ball watch on just before Christmas as I had seen you posting some pics. It was far too big for my skinny wrist and I was gutted. I went out and bought a Sub thinking it will be the only watch I will ever need to buy. But now I'm starting so surf ebay looking at watches and wanting more. Strangely addictive. I'm away to Thailand in a few weeks and may even look at buying some fakes.

i have to say I just don’t get Breitling at all (Tag’s Rolex's and Omegas yes yes yes) -- I always assumed they were the sort of overpriced crap that gets punted in Sunday supplements and Car magazines
my suspicions were confirmed last night at a dinner party when a very old friend of mine said he had taken (or sent) his ten year old, not working but “expensive” Breitling to Breitling UK
only to be told “sorry we can’t repair these anymore but we can do a deal on a new one -- RRP £2490.00 watch but you can have it £1200 sir" so much for the ad strap line “you are only the custodian for future generations”
They seem like the watch equivalent of a new build house – the “value” is the one put on by the maker/builder

A watchmaker can repair the Breitling (although I dont have any time for new ones and only the odd vintage one catches my eye), so Id disregard the manufacturers agents failure.
