Taken (film)
Watched this last night - what a superb film, loved the action, even more hard core and realistic looking that the Bourne films. Highly recommended.

Being careful not to give stuff away, but it was when he was talking to his daughter before she was taken, that's when you could tell this film was going to be different.

Best film I have seen in years.
Liam Neeson is perfect for the part. Menacing in a nice, polite sort of way

Awesome film! really enjoyed it, i'd reccommend it to anyone, I was totally engrossed! Loved the plot and Liam Neeson was brilliant, I really want to talk about it some more but don't want to spoil it for anyone who has'nt seen it!

I thought it was a great film, though a bit sobering to think the subject material really does happen in the world today.

Based upon the trailers I'd seen I was expecting a film similar to Ransom with Mel Gibson in, but this was so much better. Really enjoyed it, and TBH I don't watch films like this for their realism!!

started off a bit slow but once it kicked off was amazing
His voice was made for that phone call, dont think any other actor could have pulled it off.

Fair enough.
I did enjoy the fighting more than the usual rubbish of round house kicks and all that crap (did 4 years of 3 times a week training in ninjitsu at Uni - but old and creaky now
)

Great film, got an 8.7 in imdb ratings, that's above the wrestler and benjamin button.
Agreed top film i'll probably end up buying the br version.
His daughter looked genuinely distraught at the end.

Watched this the other night with the sound nice and high!
Not a bad film but some of the acting was a bit cringe worthy. Not a patch on the Bourne films IMO though.
Who was driving the boat??

Nice to see Holly Vallance in it too!
