Default Q for the fitness gurus

Was in John Lewis and there was a senior citizen looking at one of those vibration plate thingies and it intrigued me.

All the websites that are trying to sell you one claim they're great but is it just a faddy gadget or does it have any merit?

Any actual success stories or people with a four grand clothes horse?

Don't know never used one,but one of the best machines for an allover body workout that often get overlooked is a Rowing Machine.

LOL - I went to the gym the other day and was having a new "plan" built with an instructor and i asked him about the "pilates plate" He said that to be on that for 60 SECONDS day improved your muscle tone blah blah blah. So i thought i'd give it a go - FOOKIN HELL, the vibration was that much i couldn't see straight - lasted about 4 seconds if that LOL. Instructor was saying that women generally need a wee after going on it and one woman had actually had "an accident" after he put her on it!

I will stick to the good ol' fashioned menthod of sweating it out LOL

"Accident" suggests .. maybe a sex wee ?

I had a go on one at the gym the other day.

Did press ups for 60 seconds on the vibrating plate and its makes a big difference. Don't know why
