Default House of Fraser, Iceland, and more now in the balance.

Sounds like a few more big names are at risk in the recession.
All owned by a big investment company they say.

Can't see how House of Fraser are in trouble. The store in Darlington is always packed.

Every other store I've been in is always busy too.

Its not House of Fraser itself that's the problem (apparently) its Bauger, which has a significant stake in it.

Stores including Hamleys!! Blimey.

They are suggesting that restructuring etc could hopefully see all remain in place.
