guy in London use to attach using cable ties some large plastic pieces to his wheels
Clampers where not allowed to remove these in order to fit clamp ! he got away with it for years as it was legal

Wasnt there a guy in London called " Grinder man" or something who would come out and cut away your clamp for a small fee

most councils have stopped clamping etc due to new rules etc.
