I am out on the beer in Bristol tonight and Saturday.

What is the general dress code around the city for the pubs & nightclubs?

Is it a pants job?

Smart Jeans (i.e. not the traditional blue)?

Also what kind of prices are you talking for admission into the nightclubs?

Any info what to avoid or look out for appreciated.

Ecpect to pay about £7 to get into clubs, dont think theres any fee for bars.

Good clubs include the works and evolution

Ooo...I wouldn't chance jeans, even black ones...brand new ones and I was told "they're not black enough"...and there was the time some bouncer took offence at my steel toe caps..gerr Brizal!.
