Nothing new about wrapping sausage meat with bacon. D oit every Xmas though without the BBQ sauce

Yes, but I haven't done anything quite to that scale.

I'm jet lagged, tired and generally not feeling that well but I still want to rush to the shops to buy the ingredients and make one!

Hmm how about sweetcure back bacon followed with lean mince and sausage bits mixed into it.

its smoked on that recipie though, suppose it can easily be ovened, great addition to a summers bbq though would go doen a treat with a few cold beers
