Default UK Law - towbar audible alarm/light for indicators

Hi all,

Can somebody please point me in the right direction for the legislation that states that when towing, there should be an audible alarm or indicator when the indicators are on.

Took me ages to find it

The vehicle shall be equipped with an operational tell-tale for front and rear indicators (including any rear indicator on the rearmost of any trailers drawn by the vehicle)
