Its an old story (obviously) and theres been a couple of films about it in the past IIRC not that I can remember any of the names. I recall he was mentioned as a part in a film called "without a paddle" which was very funny. Wasnt actually about him though, just the story got a good mention in it

Nar, it was a wild goose chase adventure, they never actually thought they'd find anything. Just reliving the child hood dreams they had The DB Cooper case was just a side line
