We are trying to find a flight to faro in portugal over easter and have found the fares to be to expensive. Has anyone know of any cheap flights, tried a lot of the web cheap flight companies but no joy. Seems at the moment it is cheaper to fly to the states than to portugal.

 

Not sure how it compares but I booked with Monarch for June and they were £183 each. Flights always go up over the school holidays though (robbing gypsies etc).

 

Thats the sort of prices we're getting and more, a con really as last year we flew out there a lot cheaper, even go are a lot more expensive than other flights

 

You're right, when we flew last year they were £50 cheaper.

 

I presuming its got something to do with the Spetember 11th episode as all the flights to the states have come down and everywhere else has gone up. Bit of a joke really when portugal is only 2 and half hours away and the states is at least 7 depending on where u go. Makes me laugh all the airlines are laying people off, well i'm not surprised when they raise their fares so much...........
