Haha can't say i blame him, though id imagine with your sciatica it would have to be doggy for you, can i watch?

Great to hear you've upgraded, that soft layer is gorgeous, stops it from being too firm, you'll love it.

Just don't be surprised if your restless for a day or two, it does take some getting used to.

Hmm i think these cheesy crisps are counteracting the absinthe......

I do have great clarity of thought though.

Haha

Well you will find it better for sex, the firmness will allow you and your lucky bf to get away with most things.

Don't you know sex is a natural painkiller anyway, might explain a few things.

I really can't believe there's a sex pamphlet for those that are mobility challenged.

All made up come saturday then eh.

Are my nuts in the grinder if it makes you worse?

my therapist said that the pamphlet has helped a lot of people but there are only 5 positions that are recommended

if my bed works out i will be needing a new one before the warranty runs out

Well devils claw is great for back pain, it's an nasid similar to brufen but without the sides.

Backpain is never nice, glucosamine/msn/devils claw is the best combo hunneh, ive tried em all over the years.

And im hammered so you know there's no bravado in the above advice.

Eithher way best of, even if it means spinal fusion.

Top lass.

if anything is better than morphine then i will give it a try

as for the fusion, they wont do it as i could be left worse off. my own gp said that is i was in my 60s then it would be a different story. i have been referred back to an orthopedic surgeon as i have got a lot worse in the last few months.
i am also at risk of some different nerves being damaged and that would mean that i end up doubly incontinent and semi or maybe permanent paralysis. every time i see the doctor they have to touch my bum in a very private place to make sure i can feel it. my left thigh and toes are numb but not my bum

dont drink anymore or you will pickle your liver
