Xmas 2008, one to remember methinks.
Mrs Flightman has a headache and aches and pains in her joints. 
Mum just phoned, she's in bed feels terrible.
I woke up this morning to my eldest daughter ( 9 ) chucking up in the bathroom.
My youngest ( 5 ) is running around the house like the Tasmanian Devil. Hyper doesn't even get close.
So it looks like I'll be kicking 5 year old butt in a Wii battle extravaganza tomorrow!
How's Xmas shaping up for you?

Well i'm sporting a Broken jaw in Three places, multiple cuts and abrasions, 3 cracked ribs, fractured wrist and broken nose, and few missing teeth......
My Grandpa took a spill and has broken his shoulder.......
My Dad has the Winter Vomiting virus thing.....
But Christmas spirit is still alive and well and we're not arguing yet

My other half is bad inbed, much worse than yesterday. Raging temperature but freezing cold. Poor bugger. Looks like a quiet night in. Best get the gals round if he is out of the way

Sorry to hear about your injury Nat that sucks....no pun intended.
We are just starting to pre cook the joint as it seems to be as big as half a cow 9lb in weight, thats the last time my brother in law gets to sort the meat out, 6 of us eating he is a butcher...lol.

Yeah, **** thing to happen but it wasn't personal, just wrong place wrong time so not really holding a grudge or doing me head in over it.

This year I am spending it pulling the crackers by myself, gonna visit my bro and end up round a mates in the evening. My dad remarried this year after my mum died, so he's told me that he's not doing the whole happy families thing this year and will just be spending it with his new wife. I'm not too bothered though, the rest of my family is in Scotland so I'm kinda used to it only being a few of us at Christmas.
I am in good health though and fairly chipper at least (plus I think there's a ps3 and some games amongst some of the pressies under my tree), so I hope all you guys and your families get well soon!!
