Thinking about getting an Orange G2

Anyone any opinions on this or offer something better in the same sort of price range?

Mainly road use & off-road when I get the chance

Girl at work has just ordered a P7, seems overkill for popping to the shops and the odd ride in the park, but she does seem very keen, hopefully she will get really into it, will be interesting to see what its like, a lad at work has one, loves it but for some reason never rides it and converted it to Single Speed.

if thats the bike you go for i'd defo for upgraded forks, i think it has dart 3's, i had dart 2's on a previous bike and they're shocking, the oil pretty much sets solid in the cold aswel. i've now got recons and the difference is massive, a mate had tora's and they felt pretty good too (both options on the orange)

although rather than get a 09 bike i'd go for a discounted 08, either get a better spec or pocket the difference!
