Default V power bonus 'fill up' points

those coupons you get with your statement giving you 300 bonus points if you fill up 3 times within a certain time period, on the bottom it says in small print 'minimum fill 30 litres'. is this 30 litres each fill or 30 litres all in over the 3 fill ups?

only asking as i've handed these over a few times now and not ever received any bonus points. so before i phone up and have a moan (emailing them is next to useless!) does anyone know the score with this?

ta,
Paul

cheers for the info mate, sounds like you should be well over the top of what they're asking you for in fill ups. sounds like a bit of a bloody fiddle.

i'll have a moan tommorow and see what they say

It states pretty clearly that each purchase has to be a minimum of 30 litres

no, it doesn't really. minimum fill 30 litres is all it says.

if it said minimum fill 30 litres *each visit* then i'd agree it was stated clearly

"Minimum fill of 30 litres"... not "minimum fills totalling 30 litres" made sense to me anyhoo

i get gift vouchers from my v-power instead....
got £50 of argos vouchers in my wallet now to spend on xmas pressies and another coupon for £10 of vouchers of my choice.
you just go into the petrol station and tell them what vouchers you want (next, boots, argos, etc) the coupons come with the statements....

although i have spent about 50 million quid on petrol this year!!

I've had at least £100 of fuel vouchers via the Shell scheme. Local Shell garage is usually the cheapest around, so it's a good bonus.

I been having problems with this

I've not been recieving vouchers and yet I got a statement saying my points have been redeemed...wtf?

I phoned but got through to a women with a very strange accent (Indian call centre? ) who wasn't that helpful.

edit: Sorry: this is driver points with 95ron, I only use Vpower in the Jag.

i'd get in touch and have a word ste, in a nutshell if you fill up 3 times within the time frame and go over 90 litres you'll get your bonus points. it sounds like you've done that and more mate, so i'd get on the phone and get them to check it up don't bother emailing, total waste of time. mind you the phone option isn't a lot better, shame some of their vast profits don't go into their support

the voucher is a bit of a waste of time aswell apparently, pretty much always they end up in the bin. it's all linked to the barcode/info on your magnetic strip on your card, that's why it says the points are awarded centrally.
the forecourt have nothing to do with it, they zap the other in shop bonus offers, but the fill up bonus is done on the 'big shell computer'

i very rarely do that much juice in a month so mine will go straight in the bin from now on

They changed the scheme about a year ago and not for the better with the call centre promising to send me a new card as the existing one doesn't swipe correctly, if at all.

In all likelihood, your vouchers are being redeemed for either Airmiles or the shopping vouchers automatically but your best bet is to log into their website to determine this.

Are any of the other fuel retailers offering any decent loyalty schemes?

What do they have to do to register the fill on these vouchers? Swipe/scan it, or punch a hole in it?

I had quite a few points saved from when they had a local garage but then they changed their scheme and I lost them all Now they have a new garage near us and I can't even log in to their site! I've emailed twice but they never reply.
Whenever I fill up and use my rewards card they give me a receipt but it never says any points have been credited. I asked the woman in the shop but she said it looked fine even though no points are credited and I don't get updates. I don't get it!
