Stolen out of control Scooby slaughters four in chip shop horror

But on the positive side
" An officer at the scene pulled one person from the burning car but they died at the scene."

Heard about it on the news - Police Complaints Authority are investigating WHY?
I don't care if the Police were in pursuit or not . . . .
The reason the 4 scum in a stolen scooby crashed was because they were scum x 4 and driving a stolen scooby dangerousley.
They got what they deserved.
Don't steal cars and run from the Police and you'll live a lot longer!
I don't care about their ethnic origins, scum is scum be it white black or any colour in between.

Police had described the driving conditions as extremely bad .One said " The fog was that bad it was almost a "Pea Souper "
