Reminds me of the Scottish Regimental Sergeant-Major who marched into Boots, took out a tatty condom from his sporran, and asked

A scots bloke I know was up in court for molesting cats in Aberdeen

Apparently, condoms are not sized in terms of length.
You could have an average sized 6'' but yet fall into the small, regular and large catagories dependent on its girth size.
I never knew that until a few weeks ago where it was revealed on tv's most embarrasing illnesses.
Everyone just assumes it refers to its length when in actual fact they refer to the *****'s girth.
A girth of over 15cm and you should be wearing large condoms. 12-14cm regular, and anything below 12cm, small (Or slim fit as they call them)
Get measuring
You could have an average sized 6'' but yet fall into the small, regular and large catagories dependent on its girth size.
