Birmingham Is just Freezing cold at the moment.
I've gotta be up and on the Road @ 5am - Having just seen the weather forecast I'm dreading what's in stall for the morning..

Nothing here despite dire warnings all day on the local radio / tv advising that our area would be severely affected by snow during the night.
strangely enough its actually one off the mildest mornings itsbeen for several weeks- but suppose that can mean the white stuff may just not be too far away ??!!

Been nothing over night, it rained just before and now it's snowing, but nothing much. Doubt it's going to lie now seeing as it rained, or is that famous last words! Still cold though, brrrrrrrrrr

We got about 6 inches at Buxton, I set off for work this morning from where I live and there was nothing but about 1/2 of slush on the road! as I drove over Long hill it just got deeper and deeper, about 8 inches at the top
droped down into buxton and there was about 3-4 inches in nthe town centre, then drove up to our industrial estate and theres 5-6 inches up here, wagons stuck everywhere LOL
Its raining now though

However much money the met office get its too much.
No snow in the Cairngorms despite forecasts of Blizzards. It was minus 8 last week, but because it wasn't England, never got a mention. I'm no meteorologist, but I know for decent snow there we need north easterly winds. Not westerly ones.
No snow in Glasgow despite forecasts. Just rain and warmer than yesterday.
Feckin amateurs. Couldn't forceast their way to their next breath. And why the news and weather teams cant look out of their fecking windows before telling us (wrongly) what its doing outside is a mistery to me.
