Polar hrm
Are these any good, ive just won this on ebay.
Polar F11 HRM on eBay, also Heart Rate Monitors, Monitors Pedometers Computers, Exercise Fitness, Sporting Goods (end time 30-Nov-08 20:03:08 GMT)
Is it any good, have i got a decent model, any advice would be great im clueless, will it make much of a difference to my training?
Much hassles changing the batteries, ive heard it's a send back to polar job.

I have a polar HRM on my Suunto watch. It certainly helps with the training. The chest strap battery should last a couple of years from new. The early ones were return to polar, batt replacements, but this can be replaced with a newer one, which is DIY replacement- About £25.
