Certainly true in our London office on a Friday! Doesn't matter what serious issues are going down, they're all off out to the mosque not matter what on a Friday afternoon! Has caused some major issues a number of times as well.

lol, classic!
Experienced this at school where the muslim guys would not move from their prayer mat, no matter what. The place could be burning down and they wouldn't move, seriously, that is devotion!

Yeah, actually I regularly burnt down school buildings just to see what would happen.
The point was that I had never seen them move from that prayer mat for anything, if you couldn't understand that I was joking, then....well, I suppose there is no point in explaining anything to you.
Guess you didn't get the joke pic, that was posted by Swiss, either
Did your mum always tell you that you were a special child when growing up?

Oh, and thanks everyone else for trying to clarify things for the oversensitive soul in question At least some people understood!

If you are just joking then fine but try thinking about how you put things and don't attack when someone comments.
If you now want to attack me then fine, u just need to read some of my posts to see I have a good sense of humour.
Peace

Meant or not the way you put it, it reads like u are implying something especially placingafter "that is devotion" You are clearly trying to imply they are stupid as you say "Experienced this at school where the muslin guys would not move from their prayer mat, no matter what." this is not true, prayer is important to them but if something was to happen they are not stupid and wd move, no I'm not muslim but a good friend is.
If you are just joking then fine but try thinking about how you put things and don't attack when someone comments.

So I thought it was a little bizarre (as I would with anyone doing the same, of any religion).
No, I will not try 'thinking about how I put things' and if people call me a moron (that is an actual 'attack' btw) I will bl00dy well feel quite at home retorting to such things and I was pretty damned tame with what I said!
By the way, not moving for virtually anything (I haven't really burnt down buildings to find out, ask Underworld ) is something I found rather devout, and a bit odd. I'm perfectly allowed to have such opinions or feelings and won't change that becouse some over-sensetives decide they are offended by that and can't take a freaking joke.
I would say it's more your (or muslim friends') problem, not mine.
As I have mentioned in other posts, I have friends of all faiths, colours and ideologies. Amazingly, we are able to say some of the same things that are said on here (barring some of the more extremist views) without screaming blue murder at something that is clearly a joke. We tend to laugh (remember what that action is?)
I don't need to 'attack' you, is that further paranoia?
Do get a grip/life/sense of humour/do a reality check or whatever, please!
Currently watching Chris Rock and I'm finding it damned funny, even though some of what he says could be construed as non-pc/racist by the overly conservative types. I don't actually give a shoit, it's humour!!!!!!!!

tbh, ive done it once not to see people's dedication towards prayers, but because i was late for work.......
there was some traffic and the fireman was overtaking them within speed limit with his lights, and i just followed him, overtaking traffic for over a mile...
yeah some r goin to pick on me

I needn't say anything
I tried to get my mate to do a Harry and the Handersons style siren noise out the window the other day to see if we could part the traffic, it didn't work though

You must be able to detect them with your big-brain psychic powers (not that it's needed to know they're coming, I am just 'aving a laff and messing with you by the way, seems I need to clarify such things here )
