What should I have for Christmas lunch?
Completely undecided.
Just the two of us this year, don't want anything too intricate but handy if it provides a couple of extra meals in leftovers.
So - what do you reckon we should have? (and what are you having?)
1. Turkey Crown - traditionalesque without the hassle of a whole bird
2. Bone-in Rib Roast - Flintstone style porkchops but made of beef - how cool is that?
3. Pork with full on crackling - will have had my new teeth fitted by then so no probs there.
4. Goose - the outsider, never had one before but might be good for a change.

It'll be a sandwich for me!
Working a 12 hour shift from 8 to 8 on xmas day - maybe longer.
I'd go for the beef. Turkey's too dry and goose is far too fatty for my liking. And I don't dig on swine.

The choices are narrowed down to that four, swan was discussed briefly, very quickly followed by GTF.
That beef picture is certainly moving it that way but the poll is firmly in the turkey camp.
Decisions, decisions.....

Will be having a Chinese meal somewhere in San Francisco's Chinatown en route to spending January on holiday in New Zealand
PS Any recommendations for a good Chinese in San Fran (other than the House of Nanking) ?
