Default Home heating oil price?

Just went to order some of the above from Total Butler and got quoted £377 for 800 litres. Which is pretty much the same as I paid in March when I last ordered it.

Oil prices must have halved since then, so why is it still the same price?

Anyone got any much cheaper than this recently?

Just got 1200 litres for 45(ish)p a litre. It was 60p a few months ago. Still a rip off though.

Paid 44.1 inc vat from BFS last week for a short load (600 ltrs). Took a gamble that the price is probably going back up shortly.

lots of scooby parts and assorted junk, my cellar is large most German houses have cellars.

It is called a Gewerberkeller or summat like that in german and it is a stone cellar where you store potatos, win and veg stuff it is supposed to make it last longer.

Just had an email today from these - Chandlers Oil & Gas - Grantham Lincolnshire

For 1000 ltrs it would be 39.99p + VAT.
So about £470.
My last fill up in February cost about £630.
