About 2 months ago I had a problem logging in - on first attempt it said details incorrect. I thought no problem I made a typo so 2nd time paid extra attention same thing and 3rd and 4th. Had the same login details since online banking started (so 6 yrs + I think) and I login every other day so its not like Im suddenly going to forget my details.

So I ended up resetting login password and has worked fine until tonight same problem. I was even logged in this morning at work ok. No caps lock on etc as after 2nd attempt I typed all details into notepad to make sure inputted correct (as only see asterisks on the website).

Anyone else had problems or is it just me?

I had problems a bit back and havent been able to log back on since then

my other bank has never not worked in all the years and times I have used it

I have never had a problem with it and I log in to my natwest account frequently...
