Bought some today after not having them for years.

Absolutely lovely, but...............




























Jesus, they are having ther revenge now!

Even the dogs have their noses hidden in the bed they share

Horse Chestnuts you say? No wonder you're feeling a bit lively.. i think anyone would after eating conkers!!

Chestnuts however are yummy

i bought some from Asda today but i am not sure what to do with them.

do they give you the splats then?

Wrap in foil and bake for 30/40 mins.

They are evil for wind . I made the error of giving one to each of my dogs last night.

i want to put them in a chiminea in the garden with other bits and bobs, how do you know when they are cooked?

i remember eating them after football matches in London when i was little but i cant remember if i liked them

The edible sweet chestnuts are very good. Used to get them from blokes in the street with ovens on wheels.

We used to heat them up on a coal shovel on top of the fire. They used to pop and bang all over the place.
