Im sure thats the clown ex body builder that injected steriods directly into his bicep muscles
Im pretty sure that that is him, and the picture is infact real, however most of the so called 'muscle' is actually swelling and blood/fluids
Remember seeing a video about him and thinking what a baffoon he was
