Question about wills
Hi all
Can anyone confirm if an executor in a will can be a beneficiary or not ?

I think it is only the witnesses to the will who cannot be a benficiary

84 is right. executors can also be beneficiaries but witnesses to the will cannot.

My grandmother made her youngest son, my father, the executor.
(He inherited something (although I didn't ask what).)
So far he's hanged 37 people...
