I have used Ferguson Jewellers for all my Chase-Durer purchases, very honest and down to earth dealer who will answer you phone calls and give you good service, he tracks the watch US Postal Service so you know where it is.

I have bought a Trident FCX, a Trident FCX2, an Abyss1000 and a Combat Command auto.

I still have all the above except the Combat Command which I sold.

I love the FCX... and the FCX2 is better again, much better night time illumination and clearer UTC's.

They do make and sell some rubbish though, you need to buy high end watches as their entry level are poor quality.

Residual values are poor look at retail from the site, then search for pre-owned near new and the differance is huge.

Last year the dollar was weak so I bought my FCX2 for the equivellent of £550. When I bought my first FCX 5-6 years ago I paid $1850 which was about £1100.

Bear in mind that you WILL pay import duty on them, unless the package is listed as returned goods.

I think the WarHawk your looking at looks alot like he IWC below, they also do other watches that look very alike to other brands, which I think is a bit poor.

IW500402, IWC Big Pilots Watch, Pilots Watch Classic by Lussori

If you like the Abyss1000 I would be willing to sell mine PM me if your interested.
It is the silver faced model with a glass back and very nice engravings to the swiss auto movement.

I have worn it twice, it comes with all boxes and paperwork.

cheers yoza,

See what you mean about the warhawk, cheap copy. The Abyss1000 is nice but not what I am after this time. The trackmaster fits the bill and i think is a really unusual looking watch.

Will be in the states before christmas so might get one sent to my hotel.
