Aargh fecking thing must be mine then. Used this literally every other day for last 6 years and now it wont work. Not like I suddenly forgot the login details.

I can never log in from the main Nat West site, but if I go to the direct link https://www.nwolb.com/ it works fine. That link could of course be a phishing site and I may well now have no money. Use it at your own risk.

Yes, I only ever go directly to www.nwolb.com . I didn't even know you could get to it via their standard site!

Last time I logged in they were talking about changing and updating the site. Maybe you tried to get on as they were switching over?

After happily using natwest online banking for several years they decided to put an extra "0" in my user id without letting me know. It was only when I locked out my account (through trying to access it using an "incorrect" user id) and subsequently having to go through the shannigans of getting it reset that I found out. Still don't know to this day why it was changed by natwest.
