My first thought was what about the doctors when he wants to listen to your chest?

I don't necessarily like the spidey one but can appreciate the imagination and workmanship in it, it must have come from a great tattooist.

Nothing to do with superhero's but there is a guy who drinks in my local and across his right fist he has scotla tattoed. It was a homemade effort and they started writing Scotland but ran out of room.
