13 seconds in there is a flash on the bridge, a milisecond after the lorry veers off. gunshot maybe?

poor buggers in the 2 cars the truck hit when it crossed the central reservation
Driver asleep? Mechanical failure?

At least it was quick - they were almost certainly dead within seconds of the accident!
It's crazy how it veers so suddenly and also sharply!

A lorry doesn't veer that sharply very easily. I very much doubt the driver fell asleep and caused it to swerve like that. I would guess a catastrophic mechanical failure or suicide.
