What to do for two weeks?
Hello,
On hols for two weeks and not going anywhere for the first time ever! With new baby and Wife's new business it's just not possible.
Can't even hang around the house and watch the Olympics as I will be in the way!
I will be out cycling, swimming, gym-ing, and golfing, but what to do the rest of the time?
Any sensible ideas?
Asif

Recover!
I've been cycling Monday/Wednesday/Friday normally 30 - 50 miles each time, running/gym-ing/going to jujutsu on Tues/Thurs and walking on Sundays. All I want to do is stop aching!

She is brilliant and I am looking forward to it, but I am also aware that after about 5 minutes I have to hand her back as she is more exhausting than all the other activity put together!
There are 17 days to kill, for most of which I can't remain indoors. TV watching will be confined to evenings so daytime needs to be filled with activity.

I am aching from my last gym session on Wednesday. Was golfing this evening, nothing else till the weekend, possibly swimming with the baby on Saturday and some cycling around the park a few times, etc etc.

I do have some outings planned. Will be a first for Father and Daughter alone.

SN is not being its usual useful self is it?
All I have found so far is the Star Wars animation movie on Friday (not sure about this) and the Hadrian exhibition at the British Museum.
Nothing car related going on anywhere?
The pub is sounding more attractive for an all day midweek session. Just need to find someone to go with!

Get a radio control car, my mate just bought one and its well quick, it will jump off big ramps and all sorts!
I think it was only a ton, and it has a little single cylinder nitro engine that you can get aftermarket heads, manifolds, exhausts etc for!
The tinkering possibilities are almost endless!
