Street parking ....
Why is that when people park on the street theyll seeming do their utmost to park smack central between the car in fron and the car behind
..NO matter how FAR away they are ...
Its absurd - leaves about 3.5 spaces on this street before the yellow lines begin and if someone had been more thoughtful, 7.

And if the house they're visiting has just one other car parked in that street which is directly opposite they will still park right outside, reducing both the width of the road, and conveniently, the distance they need to walk to the property. Then moan like a 2 year old when their mirror gets smashed off ! Why don't they park a little further down, or even across and on the same side as the other car ? Oh yeah, that requires thought, which is beyond the average Brit, and consideration (Google it if you don't know what it is).

What really used to annoy me in my old street, which was all 3 bed semis, most of which had at least 2 cars per household was people who would park in the street outside their house and outside next doors, taking up the only spaces there, but would never park on their own drives ( maybe because the drives and gates to the houses were narrow ).
