can someone help me as i have no idea how to post pics?could i have it in laymans terms please?

Put the picture in an envelope, seal it, address it and place a stamp on it. Walk or drive to a postbox, place in gap provided, job done.

upload your photos, you will see four lots of links under each of your photos.

just click on the one that starts like this [img]

it will automatically copy it for you, come here, right click with your mouse where you would like it and select paste.
